The Fareham Shopping Centre team will be joined by Community First Connect, Fareham Shopmobility, Dementia Friendly Hampshire, Home Instead, Autism Hampshire, Disabled Peoples Voice and Fareham Practice Social Prescriber.

Families can also enjoy colouring sheets and a free soft play area in Osborn Square.
