We’re delighted to share that Fareham Borough Council is supporting a range of local organisations, venues and businesses as they mark LGBTQ+ Pride Month this June, with a programme of inclusive events and activities taking place across Fareham throughout the month.

Community groups, venues and local businesses will be creating opportunities for people to learn, connect and come together in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Highlights include:

• Pride History Exhibition at Fareham Library (8th–19th June), exploring LGBTQ+ history and personal stories, created by Y Services and local young people

• Pride-themed performances at Fareham Live throughout June

• Fareham Pride Picnic on 13 June, 11am–2pm, in the Civic Gardens, featuring live entertainment and local LGBTQ+ community groups

• Pride celebrations at local businesses, including themed events at The Golden Lion
