·       If a ticketed event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with re-booking options.

·       Please treat staff, performers, and other visitors with respect. Antisocial or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

·       Follow all staff instructions and safety notices.

·       Fareham Shopping Centre cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please speak to staff if you have allergies or medical needs.

·       Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.

·       Our staff follow safeguarding policies and some roles are DBS-checked where required.

·       Visitors are responsible for their own property. The Centre accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

·       Fareham Shopping Centre may take photographs or film during events for marketing, PR, and social media use.

·       If you do not wish to appear in photos/videos, please notify a member of staff on arrival.

·       We will not publish identifying images of children without parent/guardian consent.

·       Competitions are open to UK residents aged 16+ (unless stated otherwise).

·       No purchase is necessary.

·       Winners will be chosen fairly (at random or by judge panel, depending on the promotion) and notified via the contact details provided.

·       Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternatives.

·       By entering, you agree to the competition rules as displayed at the event or on our website/social media.

·       Accessible parking and facilities are available at Fareham Shopping Centre.

·       Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

·       Subject to that, we accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses resulting from participation in the event.

·       These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
