Terms and conditions for the Solent Spa Competition

1. This Competition is run by Fareham Shopping Centre.
2. This competition will run from the 1^st February  – 12^th February.
3. To enter, participants must follow the instructions in the competition post to enter.
4. There is 1 prize up for grabs, being a Simple Ritual Spa Day for 2 at Solent Spa.
5. There will be one winner who will be chosen at random and contacted following the closing date.
6. Entry into the competition is restricted to one entry per person and entries received after the stated date will not be eligible.
7. The prize must be collected from the centre management suite in Fareham Shopping Centre.
8. Winners have 24 hours upon receipt of winning message to respond and claim the prize or another winner will be chosen shortly after.
9. The winner has one month to collect the prize, or another winner will be selected.
10. The winner must live in and around Fareham as they will need to collect from here.
11.  Fareham Shopping Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and prize at any time without prior notice.
12. Employees of the Centre, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any person directly or indirectly connected to the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
13. The information provided by the entrants will be used by Fareham Shopping Centre and their appointed marketing agency Shoppertainment Management Limited to monitor future competition winners.
